We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on FootyTrainy Pro subscriptions and on one-time pack purchases. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also reach us through the support contact shown at checkout and we will help.
Subscription renewals
Pro renews automatically each billing period. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal on the Pro page; cancelling stops future charges and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refund requests on a renewal charge are covered by the same 30-day window.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, access to Pro features or the refunded pack ends. Your workouts, blocks and history stay in your account.
